After being insured, Homer searches for a new vehicle, where he finds the Snow Plow. Homer, enocouarged by the salesperson, buys the car, and begins a thriving busines as Mr Plow, plowing driveways and roads. He even receives the key to the city of Mayor Quimby. All is going great, until his best friend, Barney, decides to create his own Plowing business, the Plow King. Barney starts taking all of Homer's jobs, and even manages to host a commercial with Linda Ronstadt. Eventually, Homer's key is taken away and given to Barney. Homer decides to take revenge on Barney, by calling him saying there is a job worth $10,000 on Springfields formidable mountain, Widow's Peak. However, an avalanche traps Barney, and Homer realises he has to save hsi friend. He rushes to his aide, where they decide to unite, only for all the snow to melt in a winter heatwave. Homer's plow is reposessed, but he still has his best friend..and his Mr Plow jacket. Memorable Conversations: Insurer: This place Moe's you were at, just before the accident...this is a business of some kind? Homer's Brain: Don't tell him you were at a bar...but what else is open at night? Homer: It's a pornography store. I was buying pornography. Homer's Brain: He he he. I would've never thought of that. Adam West: Of course I'm Batman. See? *Pulls out a photo* Here's a picture of me with Robin. Bart: Who the hell's Robin? Adam West: Oh, I guess yorur only familiar with the new Batman movies. Michelle Pfeiffer...ha...the only true Catowman is Julie Newmar, Lee Merriwether or Eartha Kitt. And I didn't need a molded plastic suit to improve my physique *Taps chest* Pure West. Homer: Now we play the waiting game...Er, the waiting game sucks. Lets play Hungry Hungry Hippos! Barney: Don't worry Homer, there's nothing wrong with a little healthy competition. *Shoots the back two tyres of Homer's plow out* Ned: Thank-you Plow King-a-lee-ding! Homer: Flanders! I thought I was your plow guy! Woman Customer: Watch you don't scrape the asphalt... Homer: *To himself* Kiss my asphalt... Notes: Whislt playing in the Bonnie and Clyde death car, Bart finds some wads of money in the glove compartment. Martin is the only student that makes an attempt at getting to school when the roads are snowed in, until Homer guides the bus in. Barney's TV Commercial features Linda Ronstadt - who even sings a personal song for him. |
